Florida City Mayor Otis Wallace joins Police Chief Arthur Washington in honoring students at Florida City Elementary. The kids were named 'Enviro-Cops' to help them become environmentally conscious. Helping in the celebration is mime Darby Hayes. Honored students are: Nicole Whitehead, Miguel Ferniza and Keveri White.
